What we look at
ErrorEye reads the text of publicly available web pages in order to find typos. We do not log in to anything, and we do not collect information from your visitors.
What we hold about you
If we have written to you, we hold your name, work email address, job title and company, taken from business contact sources, together with the typo we found on your site. If you write to us, we also hold your message.
How we use it
We use it to tell you about typos on your site and to answer you. We do not sell it.
Stopping and deleting
Reply “stop” to any message from us, or write to hello@erroreye.com, and we will stop contacting you. Ask us to delete what we hold about you and we will.
Payments
If you pay for a report, the payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
